This is a very special edition of From The Basement dedicated to the memory of Kimberly Kenney. Episode #50 (Joe’s Garage Act XXI) is comprised of music that Kimberly loved and was assembled with the help of members from The Loft Facebook groups Loft Refugees and Lofty Pursuits. With all the horrible things social media and the internet in general have been responsible for, the fact remains that without either this group of people would have never come together, forged bonds that will last a lifetime and shared their passion for art, culture and especially music. Kimberly was the best of us and she made a mark that will last forever. I hope you enjoy this episode and I’m holding back the playlist for a while as I do not want any looking ahead! Love you all.
