Admittedly, when in the thick of it, a gradual acceptance that it is the new normal begins to take hold. Much the same feeling as having a Government run by actual professionals is starting to remake what had become our Country’s new normal. Episode #118 of FTB reveals some surprise Rolling Stones completed, never before released songs/takes that arrived early, apparently due to a “leak.” Hmmmm. There are a bunch of rarities in this episode, including Tom Waits speaking, The Teenettes with a song released in 1959 that we have somehow just heard for the first time, hard to find Willy DeVille and Pat DiNizio tracks and incredible new Gang Of Four remasters. Other new things from Peter Case, Garrison Starr, Sun Kil Moon, Ghost Of Vroom and a couple of standouts in the Jazz section from Joe Dyson and Charles Lloyd. The support at https://paypal.me/pools/c/8beKwFWlHR continues keep this moving forward and for that, I can’t thank all of you enough. Stay safe and get vaccinated please.
