After nearly two years we are settling in to our new place. What a whirlwind of insanity and that’s not even taking into account the state of the Country right now. Episode #99 is the first coming from what I hope will be my final studio. We have all had enough of moving. Joe and Robin Cerach had our backs when we needed it most but as we all know, there’s no place like home. There’s music for all those thoughts included, as well as new stuff from The Drive-By Truckers, The Posies, Jónsi (with and without Elizabeth Fraser), Bruce Springsteen and my new favorite band, The Midnight Callers. We send a late Birthday card to John Lennon with more from a great new Jem Records tribute album, as well as a new “ultimate mix” collection. We give a sad farewell to guitar legend Eddie Van Halen and dive into new historical releases from The Grateful Dead, Prince, Bob Dylan, The Replacements, The Doobie Brothers, New Order and Ultravox. If that doesn’t sound weird enough, just wait until you hear how Pop-O-Pies, Bad Company, Lee Dorsey, The Ramones, Let’s Active and Led Zeppelin fill in the gaps. Thanks for all the support at https://paypal.me/pools/c/8beKwFWlHR and most of all for listening.
